Why I Chose Artisan Essential Oils
There are many, many suppliers of essential oils for you to choose from. Some are selling knock-off oils that are full of fillers and are cheap. Others are MLM companies who make their money from recruiting distributors who then recruit others to sell their overpriced oils. I wanted to tell you why I chose Artisan Essential Oils as my wholesale supplier.
So why did I choose to only sell Artisan Essential Oils when I became a certified aromatherapist? After leaving the medical profession after 34 years I was interested in natural medicine. I started using some aromatherapy oils I bought from a large retailer. But having a scientific mind I wanted to know a lot more about the oils and how they could affect me. I didn’t want to just take the word of the marketing hype I was seeing. That’s when I decided to enroll and complete not one, but two different aromatherapy certification courses.
I also started doing research on aromatherapy essential oils, their chemical compositions and their effects on the body. I started looking for a company that could supply 100% pure essential oils. After looking at many different suppliers I found Artisan Essential Oils. Not only do I offer their oils for sale, I also use them daily in aromatherapy and other homemade products in my own home.
I was impressed that the company was founded in 1993. This was long before the current trend in interest in essential oils. The company has secured suppliers from all over the world. They work with small artisan farmers and wildcrafters of these oils. They do GC/MS (Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry) of their oils just like the other suppliers of quality oils. One of the owners is a Ph.D. and is well respected in the essential oils community. She stresses the safe and proper use of essential oils and even teaches others about essential oils.
Another consideration was that I compared their prices to the big MLM companies selling essential oils and I found a difference large enough for me to question what you are actually paying for when you join those companies. Here a few examples of retail prices of the oils on my site and two of the large MLM competitors:
Copaiba Essential Oil- 15ml Bottle- 1/2oz
My Price- $11.00
Young Living- $58.22
Lavender Essential Oil- 15ml Bottle- 1/2oz
My Price- $17.00
Young Living- $31.91
Tea Tree- 15ml Bottle- 1/2oz
My Price- $14.00
Young Living- $35.20
So I decided to look at one of the most expensive oils available. Rose Otto essential oil. This is what I found:
Rose Otto Essential Oil- 5ml
My Price- $327.00
DoTerra- Does not offer.
Young Living- $251.32
In the case of Rose Otto one of the large companies offers a lower price. The other only offers a roll-on with a carrier oil and rose oil. The price I found was $100 for a 10ml roll-on.
So when I was looking for a supplier I wanted to offer the highest quality oils. It was a happy coincidence that I found that on most of the oils the retail price I was able to charge was lower than those other guys.
Why I chose Artisan Essential Oils is pretty simple. They offer the highest quality essential oils that have industry standard testing for quality and purity. They still hand bottle every order when it is received. They promote sustainable farming practices and organic sources when available, and they have been in business since 1993.
That’s how I know you can trust the quality and purity of the oils I sell because they assure it themselves. They publish MSDS sheets and GCMS profiles for their oils. They also allow me to make this 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with the oils you purchase you can send them back for a full refund.
Give our oils a try and see for yourself the quality and purity of the essential oils we offer. I think you’ll agree they are second to none.
